We recommend that all users upgrade to the new navigation tree.
After upgrading to Meridian Enterprise 2016, users whose Meridian Web Client profile contains the setting GridTree=0 (disabled) might see an empty window after opening a vault.
To resolve this issue and upgrade to the new navigation tree:
- In the Meridian Web Client, open the Preferences page.
- Click OK without making any changes.
- Log off and log back on.
